Founder & Certified Nutritionist

I have a holistic approach. It focuses on preventing all diseases through nutrition and fitness.
If a disease is already existing, the focus is on the cause and not on the symptom, on the system and not on the organ, on rebalancing rather than on care. In this way we stimulate our body’s natural self-healing process.

How the organism responds to a diet depends on how thyroid, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, and digestive system work, how gut bacterial flora is balanced and on the level of thermogenesis (related to body temperature). Therefore, I will ask for thyroid, liver and kidney check-up and for early morning body temperature.

In order to have a balanced physiology, other than ensuring the intake of adequate amounts of nutrients, I may use supplements or natural remedies (always taking into account your personal circumstances, medical history and medications).

Weight loss plans:

I do not use diets with the same calories every day. The reason is that low calories diets help to lose weight, but a caloric deficit for a prolonged time lowers the metabolism. Vice versa, a caloric surplus causes a weight gain but raises the metabolism.

Therefore, every week and even every day my diet plan may contain a different amount of calories and a different distribution throughout the day. Even the percentage and amount of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) can be differently distributed throughout the day. The reason is it will help with losing weight while also maintaining a high metabolism.
